Mission Statement
Exploring the MindBody Connection
After being diagnosed with severe ulcerative colitis in 2004—and later, stage 3 cancer after 18 years on immunosuppressants and steroids—I began to truly explore the connection between the body and the mind.
Our modern healthcare system often treats them as separate, but I believe healing happens when we see the whole picture. Through open discussion, shared stories, and the spirit of exploration—both in the air and in life—I aim to spark a new conversation about how we approach health and well-being.

Digital Pilot Logbook
One of the mistakes I made in flying was not to start a digital pilot logbook sooner. Over the last year I decided to build my own pilot logbook. It’s nothing special. But it works the way I want it to work. Simple, fast, and secure. It’s a browser based app. So you’ll need to access it in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or something similar. You can get started with 60 days of free access using coupon code ONENUT60. Any proceeds help me to create content and spread a message of mental and physical health awareness. Thanks for giving it a try. www.metarauto.com.
